This is a very good agency. I purchased earthquake insurance through them (ultimate insurer Palomar). And, I got very quickly a better coverage at a lower premium than its inferior equivalent with the California Earthquake Authority (CEA). I first worked on implementing a CEA policy for over a month dealing with the insurance broker and the homeowners insurer affiliated with the CEA. And, I could not get it done. That is even though I had been a CEA customer from 2008 to 2014. With this agency, in essentially one afternoon it was done. Megan Gracey provided me the excellent service mentioned above.
